As part of Nutrien Ag Solutions, the retail division, this role supports a 12‑month temporary employment opportunity with a possibility of extension. Responsibilities Process domestic orders and scale all inbound and outbound loads. Prepare documentation for outgoing shipments. Accurately and timely complete all order and shipment documentation. Proactively communicate with facility personnel and drivers regarding delivery schedules and order statuses. Respond to inquiries from customers, facility personnel, drivers, and management. Partner with production personnel to coordinate production and shipments. Review invoices from freight vendors. Adhere to all Quality Standard Operating Procedures and processes. Conduct QA inspections. Record testing information and send samples as needed. Maintain accurate and organized records of laboratory analysis. Perform daily calculations, compare lab results to expected values, and report variances to supervisor. Report any quality, processing problems, and out‑of‑spec conditions to the QA supervisor. Prepare spreadsheets analyzing data and alert supervisor of trends. Scan, file, and keep records of all batch sheets and raw materials COAs. Fill in for non‑specialized tasks when shipping and QA/QC personnel are unavailable. Model our core value of safety by contributing to a safe work environment. Other duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; experience may be considered in lieu of education. 2+ years of office experience, customer service, domestic logistics, and/or scale operations preferred. Working knowledge of computer typing, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), email etiquette, database entry, spreadsheets, and internet use.
