As a Bookkeeper at Blanche Field, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform invoicing, posting deposits and payments
- Conduct reconciliations for various accounts
- Maintain the general ledger
- Handle accounts payable/receivable processes
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and using Quickbooks
- Proficiency in recording and bookkeeping tasks
- Strong file management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skills and understanding of finance principles
Nice to Have Skills:
- Office Administration skills
- Desire to work and take on more responsibility
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $50,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
- Health Insurance benefits provided
