Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accounts payable invoice processing between purchase order receipt platform (ENVI) and accounts payable platform (SAGE)
- Admitting/registering patients
- Inventory assistance and purchase order receipt
- Scheduled hours are determined by volume and staff vacations, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications which include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the surgeon's office, patients, patients' family members, staff, and insurance companies.
- Ability to read, write and understand documents, correspondence, and memos required.
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, and oral communications.
- Critical thinking skills required.
