Florida 2-20 Insurance Producer — Remote

35% New Business + 35% Renewals | Leads | Dedicated Service Support

Already licensed in Florida and want to build a book of business without having to build an insurance agency from scratch?

We are growing our producer team and looking for a motivated Florida 2-20 Licensed Insurance Producer who wants the independence of producing their own business with the carriers, technology, service team, and experienced insurance support already behind them.

You focus on selling and building relationships. Our licensed service support team handles the ongoing policy service, client requests, and renewals.

What You'll Do

This is a sales-focused producer role.

You'll develop and close homeowners and auto business through a combination of agency-provided opportunities and business you generate through networking, referrals, professional relationships, community involvement, and prospecting.

You'll consult with clients, quote coverage, explain their options, follow up, close business, and develop relationships that can continue producing referrals and renewal income.

Who We're Looking For

An active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license is required.

We're especially interested in someone who is:

• Sales-minded and comfortable talking with prospects
• Consistent with follow-up
• Motivated to develop relationships and generate business
• Comfortable working independently
• Coachable and interested in growing their production
• Organized and responsive

Personal-lines insurance experience, an existing network, referral relationships, or bilingual/multilingual skills are all a plus.

Compensation

This is a remote 1099 independent-contractor, commission-only opportunity with no base salary.

Producers earn:

35% of agency commission on new business they produce
35% of agency commission on qualifying renewal business they produce

The Opportunity

This role is designed for someone who likes the idea of building recurring insurance income but doesn't want the expense and complexity of creating an independent agency, obtaining carrier appointments, purchasing technology, carrying E&O, building a service department, and handling every client-service issue themselves.
