Job Description Harborview Medical Center’s Sleep Medicine Clinic is hiring an advanced practice provider for our adult sleep medicine program. Work Schedule Full‑time, 100% FTE (40 hours weekly) Days, Monday‑Friday No call or weekend coverage required Department Description The Sleep Medicine Clinic offers multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and follow‑up for patients with sleep disorders including sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, restless leg syndrome, periodic limb movement disorder and circadian rhythm abnormalities. Primary services are delivered at Harborview and extended to satellite locations including Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, UW Medicine Primary Care in multiple locations and UW Medical Center – Montlake. Position Highlights Conveniently located near public transportation Opportunity to make a difference for patients and employees Career growth opportunities Primary Job Responsibilities Manage new and established adult patients referred for evaluation of sleep disorders Perform clinical assessments, order and interpret sleep studies, initiate and manage PAP therapy, prescribe pharmacologic treatments, and counsel patients on behavioral strategies to improve sleep quality Play a central role in follow‑up for sleep therapy compliance, patient education and coordination with DME vendors Conduct outpatient visits and coordinate with inpatient services for complex sleep management or transition of care Requirements (ARNP) Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License with prescriptive privileges License to practice as an RN in Washington State National certification as a Nurse Practitioner BLS certification Requirements (PA) Licensure as a Physician Assistant in Washington State National certification from a national certifying body (NCCPA) Eligible to receive hospital staff appointments for adjunct staff membership by the Organized Medical Staff of the hospital under Medical Staff By‑Laws for hospital‑based positions BLS certification Compensation and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $131,316.00 annual Pay Range Maximum: $205,548.00 annual Relocation Assistance Available Visit for benefits information.
