Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years in a Contracts Admin role. Experience reviewing 30+ contracts/day. Experience managing services contracts (not vendor contracts). Ideally experience with Salesforce. Detail oriented, ability to work in a fast paced environment. Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Bachelors Degree.
Job Description: We are looking for a Contracts Admin who will manage and maintain customer and vendor agreements to ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and regulatory requirements. This role supports the full contract lifecycle, including contract review, renewals, amendments, documentation management, and customer prequalification processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, prepare, and manage contracts, amendments, renewals, and extensions.
- Track contract timelines, key dates, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate customer prequalification and contract documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate contract records and reporting for audits and management review.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to support contract execution and customer satisfaction.
- Review invoices and bond requests to ensure compliance with contract terms.
This will be a contract for someone out on a leave - 2-4+ months. This will be onsite 5 days/week.
