Running USA Names Manager of Business Development Running USA hired Matt Chittim as Manager of Business Development. Based in Coventry, Rhode Island, Chittim joins Running USA following nearly a decade in the running media space through his work with Rambling Runner Media. He has produced over 1,000 podcast episodes and has built deep relationships across the sport, securing high‑value sponsorships with companies including Asics, Coros, Tracksmith, and Running Warehouse. He has partnered with premier events such as the Houston Marathon and the California International Marathon, creating integrated media and on‑site activation opportunities. Chittim previously served as a major gifts officer at Providence College and Johnson & Wales University, cultivating donor relationships and executing strategic fundraising campaigns that generated more than $1 million annually in philanthropic support. He has also worked in relationship management, communications, and program development at Brown University and Roger Williams University. He is a certified running coach who has helped nearly 100 athletes achieve their goals.
