Job TitleEssential Functions:Coordinate measure appointments:Gather required information from salesSchedule the measure with the provided contactPrepare all required paperwork, tools and transportationCoordinate field issue appointments:Gather required information from sales and Engineering on best way to fix field issueSchedule with the provided contactPrepare all required paperwork, tools and transportationPerform field support requirements:Photographing the RTU in questionCapturing all required dimensionsNote any obstructions, special features, etc.Document what issue was with pictures and description uploaded to the MER.Document measure and field issues details:Create a drawing using the captured dimensionsUpload drawing, photographs and other details to the appropriate job trackerInform the Inside Sales Account Manager that the measure has been completed.Phone and computer work to coordinate and document measures and field work.Performance Measures:Embraces and promotes CDI valuesIn general, is responsible for accurately performing the functions of all field support tasks.Customer satisfactionRequirements:Must be able to load, unload and handle a 65 lb. extension ladderMust be able to carry 30 lb. tool bagMust be able to work in conditions from 0 F to 100 FMust be able to talk with customers and coordinate what is needed to fix the issue.Demonstrated application of CDI core values.Working Conditions / Physical Demands:Must be able to load, unload and handle a 65 lb. extension ladderMust be able to carry 30 lb. tool bagMust be able to work in conditions from 0 F to 100 F
