In this fully remote role, you'll work with union members, veterans, associations, and their families by providing life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions through scheduled virtual appointments.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.

• Understand each client's insurance needs and financial goals.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

• Recommend personalized coverage solutions.

• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.

• Review existing policies and assist with policy updates when appropriate.

• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.

• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company and state regulations.
