Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand clients' mental health status and identify their needs. Utilize clinical interviews, standardized assessments, and client history to inform your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from various backgrounds and may present with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, trauma, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Understanding the unique cultural and social contexts of each client is essential for effective therapy and will be a crucial component of your daily work.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and best practices in evidence-based treatment.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and a strong comfort level with remote counseling platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
