Responsabilidades El Especialista en Apoyo a la Parentesco es responsable de: Proporcionar apoyo y defensa para ayudar a los cuidadores a navegar por el sistema de bienestar infantil. Brindar los recursos necesarios para satisfacer las necesidades físicas, emocionales, financieras y básicas de cada niño. Participar con los jóvenes identificados y la familia de parentesco en el proceso de evaluación. Desarrollar y coordinar un Plan de Apoyo Familiar. Identificar las necesidades familiares y promover la implementación de acceso y conexión de la familia para apoyar al joven colocado en su hogar. Ofrecer apoyo a personas que viven con diferencias emocionales, conductuales o cognitivas. Cualificaciones Poner las necesidades de otros primero. Sentirse llamado a servir y a liderar.
