Sr. Project Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Sr. Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Project Management department supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sr. Project Coordinator Location: Alameda, CA Pay Range: $30 What's the Job? Support the successful execution of multiple projects by coordinating activities and resources. Facilitate project meetings, document discussions, and track action items and risks. Serve as a central point of contact among project teams, stakeholders, and business partners. Ensure project schedules are maintained, and compliance requirements are met. Assist in managing project dependencies and reporting on project progress. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience supporting project coordination or project management activities. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
