Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job responsibilities:


* Collaborate with customers and the sales team to resolve outstanding payments on aged accounts and maintain minimal past-due balances.
* Accurately post and reconcile customer payments within the accounting system.
* Process and apply customer rebates, deductions, credits, and other account adjustments with precision.
* Research, investigate, and resolve customer disputes, rebate claims, deductions, and customer portal discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Proactively gather and evaluate relevant information regarding customer activities, including returns (RMAs), rebates, disputes, and other account-related matters to ensure accountability and compliance with established business processes.
* Conduct weekly reviews of customer portals to verify invoice processing status, identify potential issues, and monitor new deductions or adjustments initiated by customers.
* Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
