Your role is to help clients understand their options, answer questions, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide continued service.

No previous insurance experience is required.  We provide training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

As a  Remote Benefits Representative , you'll combine customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales.

  Connect With Clients

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals who have requested benefit information

• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities

• Build professional, long-term relationships

• Deliver a personalized and professional client experience

  Educate & Assist With Enrollment

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage

• Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Explain policy information clearly and professionally

• Complete required documentation accurately

• Conduct policy reviews

• Assist with beneficiary updates

• Answer coverage and policy questions

• Provide follow-up and ongoing support

• Maintain accurate digital client records

• Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

This is a  commission-based independent contractor opportunity and is not an hourly or salaried customer-service position.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be physically located within the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have a reliable computer or laptop

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have webcam and microphone capability

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone

• Be willing to participate in training and professional development

• Be willing and able to obtain the required  state Life & Health Insurance License
