What You'll Do

As a  Remote Benefits Representative , your role combines  customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales .

  Connect With Clients

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with qualified individuals who have requested benefit information

• Ask questions to understand individual and family needs

• Build professional, long-term client relationships

• Deliver a positive and personalized client experience

  Educate & Assist With Enrollment

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits

• Answer questions regarding coverage and available options

• Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Explain policy information clearly and professionally

• Complete required documentation accurately

• Conduct policy reviews

• Assist with beneficiary updates

• Answer policy and coverage questions

• Provide continued client follow-up and support

• Maintain accurate digital client records

• Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

Qualified Leads Provided — No Traditional Cold Calling

Instead of spending your day searching for random prospects, you'll connect with  individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits .

This allows you to focus on:

Leads are provided at no cost. You are not required to purchase leads.

Weekly Pay + Uncapped Earning Potential

This is a  commission-based independent contractor opportunity and not a guaranteed hourly or salaried customer-service position .

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be physically located within the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have webcam and microphone capability

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone

• Be willing to participate in required training

• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate  state Life & Health Insurance License  before conducting licensed insurance activities
