Investment Operations Manager- Private Markets [Temp-to-Perm]

We're working with a global alternative investment manager looking to add an experienced Investment Operations professional to support the launch and ongoing management of a new private markets investment vehicle.
This is an initial 6-month contract with potential to extend and offers the opportunity to be heavily involved in both the buildout and day-to-day operation of the fund.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the operational setup and launch of the fund.
- NAV oversight and fund level performance monitoring.
- Cash management, liquidity and investment activity.
- Investor reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Coordinating subscriptions, redemptions, and capital flows.
- Helping improve and automate existing processes and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience across fund operations, fund management, or a similar function within asset management/private markets.
- Strong excel skills required.
- Exposure to fund reporting and performance analytics preferred.
