Program Analyst

Duties

Help

Conducts workload and staffing analyses to evaluate passport adjudication trends, production capacity, and future demand; manages a program overseeing passport applications intake, initial processing, and distribution and recommend improvements.

Performs studies on resource allocation and field productivity to support long-term staffing, hiring, and contractor utilization plans across passport agencies and centers.

Plans and coordinates projects in partnership with internal stakeholders, GSA, and vendors.

Serves as a liaison with regional offices, other Directorate units, and inter-bureau partners to implement strategic initiatives, ensure policy alignment, and manage shared priorities.

Prepares detailed reports, briefing materials, and recommendations for senior leadership regarding workload, capacity planning, and facilities management activities.
