Overview As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, you maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities to drive KPI results. People leadership: motivate and inspire the team through our core values. Be a role-model and hold associates accountable to our service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room. Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and a Guest First culture. Teamwork: challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. Motivate associates and drive engagement by celebrating outstanding performance. Visual and operational innovator: execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. Ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards. Integrity: maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards and company policies, and do the right thing—always.
