Job Description

Join the Julisa Guillen American Family Insurance Agency team. The Sales & Service Representative provides excellent customer service while building and maintaining customer relationships. This role develops knowledge of the local market, prospects for new business, and uses consultative selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service and support day-to-day customer needs.
Build, nurture, and maintain customer relationships; act as a positive brand ambassador.
Prospect for new business and develop knowledge of the local market.
Use consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Participate in training and onboarding activities as assigned (including licensing and required training, as applicable).
