Position Overview: As a Regional Sales Representative, you are not just selling a service; you are offering businesses a unique opportunity to amplify their brand presence. With every fleet vehicle you help brand, you're contributing to a company's voice, reach, and success on the road. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, understanding their needs and tailoring branding solutions that exceed expectations. Sales and Growth: Drive new business acquisition and achieve (or surpass) monthly and annual sales targets. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our branding services, ensuring you can confidently articulate the benefits and features to potential clients. Market Analysis: Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends, ensuring we remain a step ahead of the competition and identifying new avenues for growth. Collaboration: Work closely with the design and implementation teams to ensure our branding solutions are executed flawlessly. Feedback Loop: Relay client feedback and insights to our product development and marketing teams, playing a pivotal role in continuous improvement and innovation. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum of one year in a B2B sales role, preferably in advertising, branding, or a related industry. Drive: An ambitious and proactive individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present confidently. Relationship Building: Proven ability to cultivate and nurture long-lasting business relationships. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze markets and adjust strategies to meet changing conditions. Team Player: While sales can be a solo activity, we thrive when we collaborate. Key Experiences that are a Plus: Knowledge of terms, concepts, and strategies related to fleet branding Have an established network of colleagues that deal either directly or indirectly with fleet banding regionally or nationally. Established relationship(s) with various FMC's - Fleet Management Companies in a particular region or nationally. Why Join Signature?
