Position: Mechanical Assembler

Pay: $18–$22 per hour

Location: Pryor, OK

Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to assemble metal components, subassemblies, and finished products in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be able to read blueprints, follow work instructions, and use hand and power tools to build high-quality assemblies that meet production standards.

Responsibilities:
• Review work orders, blueprints, drawings, and sample assemblies to determine assembly requirements
• Gather required parts, tools, and materials for each job
• Assemble fabricated parts into subassemblies and complete units
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to bolt, press, drill, weld, and fasten components
• Perform in-process and final inspections using measuring tools and test equipment
• Ensure assemblies meet required specifications and quality standards
• Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms as needed
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be fluent in English

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands for gripping, handling, and tool operation
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally more with assistance
• Exposure to industrial manufacturing environment including noise, machinery, and physical labor
• Must be able to use close, distance, color, and peripheral vision for inspection work
• Ability to wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm

Pay: $18–$20 per hour
