Admin Assistant

Admin Assistant

Immediate need for a talented Admin Assistant. This is a 14 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Bedminster, NJ (Hybrid).

Job ID: 25-57573 Pay Range: $20 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift is Tuesday-Saturday 3pm until 12am.
  • 4 weeks of training will be required M-F 8AM-5PM.
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Enter customer and account data within time limits, review for accuracy, and resolve deficiencies using standard procedures.
  • High-Volume Call Handling: Answer calls from law enforcement regarding urgent matters 24x7x365, authenticate callers, and provide required customer records.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all cases are managed in compliance with applicable laws and company procedures, documenting everything end-to-end.
  • Problem Solving & Judgement: Work independently, make sound decisions, and escalate matters to management when necessary.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills: Data Entry, Call centre, law, Rutgers university.
  • Legal background or college education is beneficial but not required.
  • Proficient typing, transcription, computer skills, and customer service experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and use sound judgment when handling legal processes.
