Perform daily supervisor responsibilities, project management, effective communication, and execution with support group members. Establish work schedules and monthly delivery plans considering resource availability that align with customer needs and satisfy financial obligations. Provide leadership and direction with an emphasis on team building through daily toolbox meetings, effective communications, and in developing an efficient team that is responsive to production requirements and changes. Achieve target performance levels through disciplined execution of the Standard Production System (SPS) including but not limited to: Tiered accountability Visual management system(s) Leader Standard Work Demonstrate clear focus on accountability to daily results, rapid identification of root cause and effective implementation of corrective actions Drive development of a strong problem-solving culture, through application of tools Champion sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction through the system’s various elements Communicate to peers requirements at supporting process to ensure smooth process flow. Hold employees accountable while maintaining a key working relationship. Drive World-class safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S requirements promptly. Control quality, productivity, and process flow to meet MRP requirements while ensuring a high level of customer happiness. This role is a Friday evening through Monday morning position. Working 6pm - 6am start Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Qualifications You Must Have: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of related work experience 2+ years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting required. U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts. Qualifications We Value: Clear, concise and effective communicator. Experience working with all levels of management. Highly self-directed, quick learner, with a strong drive for results. Experience with Continuous Improvement principles (lean manufacturing, ACE/CORE, QCPC, etc.). Consistent track record in team leadership roles. Ability to plan projects and to craft clear written/verbal/analytical/org skills to influence business objectives. Computer proficiency in Excel a plus. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
