Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual clinical mental health services, employing recovery-focused and person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on clients facing difficulties resulting from mental illness, who may struggle to maintain stability in their community and personal lives. Using a recovery-oriented approach, you will empower them to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. These clients often face a range of mental health challenges, and your role will be central to not only their recovery but their reintegration into everyday life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Possession of a current, valid state-issued license to practice; acceptable licenses include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without the need for supervision.
\n
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing direct clinical services to individuals with mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
