Requirement:
- 6+ years of program management experience.
- Workstream Execution Experience.
- Integrated planning experience.
- Manage workstream milestones within large, multi-track technology programs.
- Maintain integrated plans across cross-functional teams and program dependencies.
- Apply RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies) disciplines to workstream governance.
- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Vulnerability management.
- Establish goals, deliverables, milestones, and accountability across shared resources.
- Prepare executive reporting and governance materials for senior technology leadership.
- Navigate ambiguity while operating within established program governance models.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, status reports, and leadership briefing materials.
