Fuller & Ahern, P.C., a well-respected litigation firm, is seeking an experienced family law paralegal to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including petitions and motions.
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally.
- Schedule appointments, hearings, and mediations efficiently.
- Prepare trial binders and assist in trial preparation.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
- Support clients through the family law process with empathy and professionalism.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in family law.
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures and terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in case management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a client-focused approach.
