$15$16 per hour base guaranteed youre paid hourly no matter what you sell
$30 commission on every membership you sell

Front desk people who work the phones and ask for the sale clear $17$20 an hour once commission lands. Theres no cap on it. The ceiling is yours to set.

WHAT YOULL DO

Welcome guests answer phones and book massage and facial appointments
Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale youll carry a monthly goal
Call and text guests to fill the schedule and recover cancellations fast
Prebook every guest for their next visit and recommend upgrades and retail
Check guests in and out accurately on our booking and point-of-sale system
Keep the front desk clean and organized and support the therapists and estheticians through busy shifts

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Customer service front desk retail hospitality fitness or medical office experience
Comfortable asking for the sale and comfortable hearing no
Friendly confident and clear on the phone Reliable and punctual week in and week out
Comfortable with computers scheduling software and POS systems
Spa gym hotel or medical front desk experience is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
