We are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and taking their orders.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and orders
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Monday - Thursday 8:00 to 5:00 and Friday 8:00 to 3:00

This includes wood & metal moulding, mat-boards, equipment, glass, and all necessary supply items. A wide range of products suitable for the large business to the smallest. CMS has moulding from a single stick to box quantity, we chop and joined too. Our daily delivery routes include all of Alabama, Mississippi, Western Georgia, some of Louisiana, Southern Tennessee, and the Pan handle of Florida. Outside the delivery area we can ship merchandise through UPS or any freight line.
