Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and enhance patients' understanding of their health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including both individual and group therapy.

• Engage in ongoing assessments of patients to measure progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimized health outcomes.

• Provide comprehensive consultations to medical and support staff regarding patients’ psychosocial functioning to coordinate care and improve overall treatment compliance.

• Document all clinical interventions, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Offer education and advocacy resources to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care and recovery journey.

• Participate in professional development activities and attend relevant training sessions to stay current with best practices and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves adults undergoing treatment at our Detox Center. You will address a broad spectrum of psychosocial issues, including substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic support and navigating clients through their recovery, ensuring that their individual needs, cultural backgrounds, and developmental stages are carefully considered in every interaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

• Strong analytical and therapeutic skills necessary for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and evaluating outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
