Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, utilizing various clinical tools and methodologies to inform treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of students, including behavioral interventions and crisis management strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including teachers, school psychologists, and other healthcare providers—to develop integrated support strategies and treatment plans for students.

• Conduct regular check-ins with students and their families to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to students experiencing acute emotional distress, including developing safety plans and connecting families to community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on school-aged children and adolescents who may be struggling with various psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related symptoms. You will work closely with each student, creating a safe and nurturing environment where they can feel comfortable expressing their feelings and thoughts. Your interventions will play a crucial role in promoting mental wellness and helping students maximize their academic potential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited academic institution.

• An active LCSW license in Pennsylvania, demonstrating your eligibility to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
