Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and gather case histories to identify individual client needs, challenges, and potential barriers to success, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches to ensure effective treatment.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized service plans that prioritize clients' goals and objectives, adapting strategies as needed based on ongoing assessments.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with essential community resources and services, including housing, employment support, and mental health services, while addressing systemic social justice issues affecting their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing a strong foundation in mental health treatment and client advocacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
