What You’ll Own Build the Territory : Prospect, target, and open net-new accounts. Convert & Grow : Drive trials into first orders, then expand. Lead From the Front : Demos, LEGEND Lab trainings, ride-alongs, and regional events. Pipeline Discipline : Real forecasts, same-day CRM notes, next steps logged in HubSpot. Non-Negotiables Live in the Dallas metro (≈45 mins). No relocation. Travel ~40% Year 1 (8-10 overnights most months). Measured on new accounts, trial→order conversion, retention, and revenue growth. Shop-floor comfort—able to lift/carry demo kits (25–35 lbs). Valid driver’s license, clean record. What You Bring 2–5+ years of B2B field sales with small business/owner-operator focus — and wins to prove it. Territory planning, negotiation, and follow-through that delivers. CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar) — you live in your pipeline. Automotive aftermarket, film, or coatings experience = big plus.
