- Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings
- Attend hearings, depositions, and negotiate settlements
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, reports, and other legal documents
- Manage caseload efficiently while collaborating with colleagues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license
- Workers' compensation defense experience is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a client-centered mindset and tech-savvy approach
- Fully remote or hybrid (offices located across California)
- Competitive base salary 110-220K
