Planning Manager
InterConnect Wiring of Fort Worth, TX is looking to hire a full-time Planning Manager to lead our planning, test programming. Are you looking to build a successful career? Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, we build electrical wiring harnesses, specializing in fast turnaround and developmental programs. Founded in 1993, we continue to be a world leader in supplying military aerospace electrical products. Some of our most noteworthy accomplishments include the complete and partial rewiring of military aircraft.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLANNING MANAGER
As a Planning Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our aerospace company operates in a cost-effective manner and that your employees meet the performance standards for productivity and quality. You lead the planning group, which includes developing and implementing objectives as well as performance measures to ensure the department operates smoothly. To help with manufacturing production, you plan jobs and address any deviations in operations through the use of statistical techniques.
Your responsibilities also include reviewing and approving harness assembly drawings (HADs) and ensuring we maintain compliance with AS9100 requirements. In addition, you review and approve work travelers and help to solve any other production-related problems that arise during the entire process. It brings you great satisfaction knowing that your leadership skills and lean manufacturing knowledge help you contribute to our company in such a big way!
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLANNING MANAGER / MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION MANAGER
- Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of aerospace-related experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Training on Six Sigma and lean manufacturing

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position works 40 hours per week from Monday to Thursday.
