This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and an adaptable work-life balance. The work setting is centered around schools where our services extend not only to students but also to their families. Schedule expectations include working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend hours depending on client needs. On-call availability may be required for urgent situations, ensuring continuous support for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs, assessing emotional, mental, and social factors affecting their educational experience.

• Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop individualized care plans that address specific goals and preferred interventions.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students dealing with anxiety, depression, or challenging life transitions, supporting their emotional development.

• Advocate for students' rights and access to necessary community resources to ensure they receive adequate support and services.

• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams, including educational professionals and mental health specialists, to create a holistic approach to student care.

• Maintain regular check-ins with students and their families to monitor progress, reassess needs, and modify care plans as necessary to adapt to changing circumstances.

• Educate students and their families about community resources and support groups that can contribute to their social engagement and overall well-being.

• Facilitate conflict resolution sessions among family members or school staff, promoting a supportive environment for the child’s growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
