Office located in Creve Coeur, MO 63141 Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting/finance functions. Perform account reconciliation, journal entries, accruals, and fixed asset management. Manage Accounts Receivable and collections. Manage banking, insurance, and outside CPA relationships. Perform Month-end P&L. Responsibility for inter-company transactions and reconciliation. Work with outside CPA regarding Federal tax filings and annual 1099 reporting. Direct supervision of Staff Accountants who perform AP, invoicing, monthly journal entries, and various other responsibilities. Process payroll in QuickBooks and manage payroll tax returns. Assist / manage company warehouse inventory and orders in/out of facility. Manage 401-k contributions and annual reporting. Assist with HR functions of onboarding new employees. Skills and Qualifications 6-8 years of accounting experience and supervisory/management experience. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions.
