Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health challenges, applying appropriate diagnostic frameworks.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities that address individual client needs, ensuring adaptive responses to their evolving situations.

• Facilitate one-on-one virtual therapy sessions, providing a supportive therapeutic environment that encourages open dialogue and engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Candidates must hold active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD in their state of practice.

• Experience in delivering telehealth services is essential, particularly with adolescents and young adults.

• Proficiency with digital tools, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Record systems, is necessary to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial to engage effectively with clients and document sessions professionally.

• At least two years of relevant experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
