Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs of each client, developing personalized therapeutic strategies that promote healing and growth.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, while safeguarding client confidentiality throughout all interactions.

• Continuously engage in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay abreast of current trends and research in mental health treatment.

• Collaborate with a healthcare team to provide holistic care, actively participating in case discussions and treatment planning to optimize outcomes for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling capacity, particularly in a clinical setting, is required to ensure that you can deliver high-quality services from day one.

• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations, establishing rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
