You’ll play a key part in operationalizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models into production analytical workflows, enabling improved decision advantage across mission areas.What You’ll Work On:Develop, refine, and deploy AI/ML models into operational environments.Integrate models into analytical workflows to enhance mission efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and mission stakeholders to translate analytical needs into scalable technical solutions.Establish best practices for model lifecycle management, monitoring, and performance optimization.Ensure model reliability, reproducibility, and compliance with applicable security and technical standards.Support ongoing modernization initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and tools.Join us. You Have:  5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering3+ years of experience developing, training, and deploying ML models into production environmentsExperience building, training, and deploying AI/ML models within secure environmentsExperience with Python and common ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlowKnowledge of data engineering concepts, version control, and MLOps methodologiesAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholdersAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeTS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or Applied MathematicsNice If You Have:  Experience with geospatial data, analysis tools, or model developmentExperience with distributed computing, containerization, and workflow orchestration toolsExperience designing inference pipelines optimized for performance and scalabilityExperience supporting DoW organizations or intelligence workflowsKnowledge of emerging AI/ML trends relevant to mission-driven environmentsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
