We are seeking an experienced In-Home Direct Sales Leader to serve as our Boston Branch Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a team of select residential-focused sales representatives specializing in:

• GAF asphalt shingles
• Carlisle EPDM
• Traditional Slate & Copper
• James Hardie siding
• Alside Vinyl siding
• Cedar Shake siding
• Trex decking
• ProVia windows and doors
• Cambridge Paving Stones featuring ArmorTec technology
• Custom Outdoor Living projects

Responsibilities

  Lead from the front – Sell in-home projects with your team

• Build and develop the Boston sales team
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales representatives.
• Drive performance through consistent leadership.
• Lead weekly branch sales meetings and ongoing performance management.
• Shadow in the field and hold the team to measurable standards.

Own branch planning, goals, and sales execution

• Establish individual targets and branch-wide goals.
• Adjust goals and strategies based on market conditions and performance data.

Lead product and sales-system excellence

• Refine and implement comprehensive product training.
• Refine and implement the CCC curriculum for our 10-step in-home selling system.
• Provide ongoing education for branch sales teams.
• Lead scheduled training workshops for new and existing sales representatives.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve measurable performance metrics.

Establish competency and certification standards

• Manage field mentoring and evaluations tied to certification, graduation, and ongoing development requirements.

Contribute to sales leadership

• Partner with the VP of Sales and management teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Expertise in process-driven in-home sales

• Deep understanding of one-call-close strategies, in-home sales methodologies, and disciplined execution.
