Sales Representative II

Location: Livingston, NJ Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time Work Arrangement: Hybrid Compensation: Base salary plus quarterly incentive compensation Travel: International travel approximately one to two weeks per month Sirius Staffing is seeking experienced International Sales Representatives for direct-hire opportunities in Livingston, New Jersey. These positions will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities across international markets. The ideal candidate will combine international sales, distribution, business development, and strong market-analysis experience. This position is suited for someone who can evaluate new markets, identify prospective customers and end users, assess commercial opportunities, and develop productive business relationships. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned international markets. Analyze market demand, industry conditions, competitors, prospective customers, and commercial opportunities. Research and identify prospective distributors, customers, end users, and key decision-makers. Develop new customer relationships and expand business within targeted international markets. Evaluate potential countries, territories, customer segments, and product applications. Recommend market-development strategies based on research and business analysis. Develop and execute prospecting plans for assigned markets. Work with distributors to identify opportunities and develop end-user relationships. Build and maintain productive relationships with new and existing customers and distribution partners. Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and business-development teams to support growth initiatives. Present market findings, sales opportunities, and recommendations to company leadership. Maintain accurate records of prospects, customer activity, and business opportunities. Travel internationally to meet with prospective customers, distributors, and other business contacts. Perform additional sales and market-development responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Business-development or new-market-development experience. Experience identifying and developing new customers, distributors, or end users. Strong business-analysis and market-analysis capabilities. Ability to evaluate markets, competitors, prospects, and commercial opportunities. Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Ability and willingness to travel internationally approximately one to two weeks per month. Ability to accept employment without violating an existing non-compete or other contractual obligation. Preferred Qualifications MBA or another advanced business degree. Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field. Experience within the polymers, plastics, resins, chemicals, or petrochemicals industries. International chemical, resin, polymer, or plastics sales experience. Experience developing both distributor and end-user relationships. Experience successfully developing new countries, territories, or international markets. Foreign-language skills relevant to assigned markets. Candidates with fewer total years of experience may be considered when they offer a strong combination of international sales, distribution, business analysis, and demonstrated new-market development experience.
