Inventory Control Manager

Summary The Inventory Control Manager will serve as the company's subject matter expert for all inventory management needs, overseeing item master governance, inventory process standardization, and optimization strategies across diverse locations and mobile units. This role focuses on data integrity, operational efficiency, and cost control to ensure accurate financials and streamlined workflows. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of inventory management experience, preferably in construction or MEP environments. Demonstrated ability to optimize and manage inventory within an ERP environment. Skills & Abilities Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) and inventory management software. Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.). Excellent communication, training, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Experience with mobile inventory management and warehouse operations.
