A healthcare performance organization based in Phoenix is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial activities related to value-based care. Responsibilities include full month-end close processes, maintaining accurate records for managed care agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, have at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with healthcare accounting, and possess strong leadership and ERP skills.
