Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand the dynamics of couples and family units.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and individuals while focusing on family-related issues.
\n
• Addressing a variety of challenges, including alcohol abuse, grief, conflict resolution, and communication difficulties among family members.

• Creating personalized treatment plans that resonate with the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance clients' relationships and individual coping strategies.

• Monitoring clinical progress and adapting treatment modalities based on client feedback and outcome measures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents. You will encounter a range of issues, such as:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active and valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
