The ideal candidate has a proven history of consistently surpassing sales goals, excels at managing multiple priorities, possesses a strong work ethic, and is confident using CRM tools to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. You'll have the opportunity to work with clients across a variety of industries, including industrial, healthcare, and retail, helping businesses improve their facilities while delivering exceptional customer service and long-term value.

In this exciting role, you will:

• Identify and engage with potential clients, sparking new business opportunities.
• Launch the sales process by scheduling meetings, uncovering account needs, and delivering compelling initial presentations.
• Seal the deal by nurturing strong relationships, clearly communicating our services, addressing concerns, and closing agreements.
• Commit at least 20 hours per week to actively prospecting fresh opportunities.
• Utilize and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep client data accurate and up to date.
• Keep your top 100 client list in the CRM well-organized and current.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work atmosphere through respectful communication with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the team's success.
