Location: Dothan, AL Compensation: $220/hour days | $240/hour nights Estimated Annual Compensation: $450K-$480K Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000 Schedule: Average 14 shifts/month A well-established hospital-based emergency medicine team in Dothan, Alabama is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join a busy, high-acuity Emergency Department. The ED sees approximately 60,000 patient visits annually and offers strong clinical support, including advanced practice providers, hospitalists, intensivists, and multiple specialty services. What You'll Get: $220/hour base rate. $240/hour for night shifts. Up to $100K sign-on bonus. Average of 14 shifts per month. Student loan repayment assistance. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Employer-funded retirement plan. CME and professional dues allowance. Paid interview expenses. Strong specialty and inpatient support. What We're Looking For: MD or DO. Emergency Medicine residency trained. ABEM or AOBEM Board Certified/Board Eligible. Eligible for Alabama medical licensure. New graduates are welcome to apply.
