HR Generalist
We are a rapidly growing technology company specializing in point-of-sale payment processing and delivery integrations for locally owned brick-and-mortar stores. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing People team. Reporting to the Director of People Operations and supporting our Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants broad exposure across both human resources and recruiting. You'll be an integral part of the team; rolling up your sleeves, wearing multiple hats, and making a real impact on the employee experience at POS360.
What You'll Own & Drive
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and HR processes
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in coordination with the HR team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring documentation and processes align with federal, state, and local employment laws
Talent Acquisition Support
- Partner with the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Help facilitate a positive candidate experience from application through offer stage
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain organized records within the ATS
Culture, Engagement & Administrative HR
- Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and recognition programs
- Assist the HR Director with special projects including policy updates, training coordination, and HR reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows
- Help communicate HR programs and initiatives to employees in a clear, approachable way
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Human Resources experience
- 13 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or people operations role
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in supporting people

Position is full-time from our Westlake Village, CA office.
