HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

Pay: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00/9:00 AM - 4:30/5:30 PM | Temp-to-Hire
Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employees throughout their employment journey.
Work across multiple HR functions including employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR support.
Partner closely with HR leadership while gaining exposure to a wide range of HR initiatives.
Manage recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Respond to employee HR questions regarding policies, benefits, onboarding, and general HR processes.
Support employee relations, training, HR projects, and other day-to-day Human Resources functions.
3-5 years of Human Resources experience with a strong focus on HR Help Desk support and onboarding.
Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
Frequently use a computer, keyboard, and telephone.
Ability to move throughout the office as needed.
