Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician Salary Range: $20.99 - $27.54 per hour, based on experience. Relocation: $3,000 Job Summary: The Medical Laboratory Technician performs testing procedures and utilizes laboratory equipment effectively to ensure high-quality patient care. This position is also responsible for performing and evaluating the Quality Control per Lab policy and procedure and assisting with laboratory training programs. Job Responsibilities: Perform testing procedures and utilize laboratory equipment effectively. Perform and evaluate Quality Control per Lab policy and procedure. Assist with laboratory training programs. Attend work regularly and be punctual. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Comply with established laboratory procedures and policies. Qualifications: NCA, ASCP, HEW, or AMT certification. 1 year of general lab or equivalent clinical laboratory training. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
