Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Livermore, CA
Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Full-Time, Onsite
Temporary Assignment (3 Months, with potential extension based on business needs)

We are actively seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join a growing advanced manufacturing organization. In this role, you will support critical manufacturing and operational functions by maintaining data integrity, managing documentation, and assisting with reporting activities that help keep production and inventory processes running efficiently.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Enter, update, and maintain information across ERP, MRP, database, and spreadsheet platforms. ( Experience in Oracle a huge plus!)
• Review records for completeness and accuracy while identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
• Support the maintenance of production documentation, inventory records, and work order information.
• Organize, digitize, and manage documentation to ensure records remain accessible and properly maintained.
• Compile and distribute routine operational reports for various internal teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain personnel to promote data consistency.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to verify compliance with internal standards and procedures.
• Assist with workflow enhancements and data management improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring

• Previous experience in data entry, clerical support, administrative functions, or related office environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic data management functions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in manufacturing, operations, inventory control, or production environments is a plus.
• Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
